Embroidery Pricing Policy

At Bountiful Exchange, embroidery pricing is determined by the size, stitch count, and complexity of each design to ensure high‑quality results.

Embroidery Setup Fee

A one‑time $25 USD setup fee applies to all new embroidery designs.
This fee covers the digitizing process required to prepare artwork for embroidery.
Returning customers using the same design will not be charged again unless modifications are requested.

Standard Embroidery Pricing

Designs up to 3 × 3 inches are priced according to the selected item and embroidery placement.

Large or Complex Embroidery Designs

For designs larger than 3 × 3 inches, pricing is based on total stitch count. Factors that may affect pricing include:

Design size
Number of stitches
Artwork complexity
Number of thread colors
Placement location

Customers will receive a custom quote before production begins for all large or detailed embroidery projects.

Custom Quotes

Bulk orders, business branding, uniforms, and specialty items may qualify for custom pricing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on garment type, materials, design complexity, or production requirements.

Sublimation Printing Pricing

Sublimation pricing is based on:

Print size
Product type
Design coverage
Quantity ordered

Full-color sublimation designs do not typically incur color charges; however, specialty items and oversized prints may require additional fees.

T-Shirt Printing Pricing

T-shirt printing prices vary based on:

Garment style and brand
Number of print locations
Print size
Quantity ordered
Design complexity

Bulk orders may qualify for volume discounts.

Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing artwork suitable for production.

Additional artwork services may incur fees, including:

Logo recreation
Artwork cleanup

Artwork fees will be quoted before work begins.

Rush Orders

Changes requested after production approval may result in additional charges and production delays.

Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Payment Terms

Custom orders are not scheduled for production until payment requirements have been met.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes will be added to orders as required by law.
